WHO'S READY TO RIDE WITH THE UNDEAD?!But let's be real...riding a bicycle in New Orleans can be scary enough to be a horror movie! Motorist treating city streets like the freeway and the lack of safe infrastructure make every ride feel like a thriller of its own.
This Halloween, Critical Mass Nola is raising the dead and taking over the streets for a spine-chilling community bike ride inspired by Michael Jackson's legendary Thriller!
🧟♀️🧟♂️🧟Costumes encouraged! Come dressed as a zombie, a creature of the night, or whatever goes bump in the dark.
WE WANT STREETS THAT AREN'T A NIGHTMARE! We ride for a citywide network of protected, physically separated bike lanes where people can ride without the fear of being a victim of traffic violence. Bicycling in New Orleans should be accessible, enjoyable, and stress-free for everyone!
No tricks, just treats, two wheels, and a whole lot of THRILLER! The streets belong to the people, not to profiteers (the true vampires)! The streets belong to the people and this month the zombies are taking them back!
Friday, October 30th
French Market (Barracks St side)
Meet at 6pm | Roll at 6:30pm
