Crisp Tapas and Wine Pairing with Hoults Wine Merchants

Landlord John Fletcher has been doing extensive market reasearch in Spain and trawling the internet to find recipies for the most gourmet crisp tasting imagionable. A six course tapas tasting that will including traditional Spanish classics and invovative crisp based dishes. An example menu could include:

• Patatas Fritas con Boquerones (Crisps topped with anchovies).
• Egg Three Ways (Egg crisps topped with fried quails egg and hollandaise sauce)
• Patatas Fritas con Tocino ( Crisps with ham fat)
• Crab cocktail and Crisps
• Crisps with Slow Cooked Beef and Blue Cheese
• Chutney Crisps and Cheese

To complete the experience, Bridget from Hoults Wine Merchants will pair each course with one of her exception wines.
