About this Event
Join us for an intentional gathering designed to invite you out of the noise of everyday life and into a space of creativity, connection, and rest.
Over the course of this experience, we’ll move through a thoughtfully curated blend of sound, voice, reflection, and creative expression—offering space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and simply be.
Together, we’ll explore practices including vocal toning with singing bowls, tea, guided journaling, and hands-on creative expression, woven together to support a deeper connection with yourself and the present moment.
Vocal toning will offer an opportunity to explore the voice freely—not through performance or singing ability, but as a tool for expression, release, and connection to the body.
We’ll also share tea and guided journaling, creating space for reflection and conversation.
Then we’ll create a simple medallion made of clay that symbolizes something you’d like to call in or cultivate in your life.
No previous experience with any of the tools we’ll be working with is needed. You’re invited to arrive exactly as you are and participate in whatever way feels supportive to you.
This gathering is an invitation to slow down, be in community and spend time outside the hectic rhythms of everyday life.
