The Creatives Business Retreat is a hands-on capacity-building and educational experience for people who support creative talent.
Designed for emerging managers, curators, strategists, administrators, promoters, marketers, project coordinators, music business students, and anyone who organizes, manages, develops, or helps move creative work forward, the retreat is focused on helping participants strengthen their skills, understand where they fit in the creative industry, and identify opportunities to build sustainable careers.
You may already be doing this work without having a clear title for it. Part of the retreat is helping you identify where your skills fit, what role you are already performing, and how that role can become a real career path in the creative industry.
Using real-world scenarios across music, events, art, film, and brand projects, participants will work together to build strategy, solve problems, assign responsibilities, and move a creative idea from concept to completion.
