What’s Included
Take some time off from everyday life and write yourself into wellness.
In this fun and creative session, we’ll use accessible writing exercises to reflect on ourselves with a focus on self-love and self-acceptance - with the lovely and fluffy support of the amazing resident rescue cats, of course.
No prior experience is needed, and everyone is welcome.
What to bring:
- Comfortable clothing
- Your favourite pen (if you have one)
If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact Connie at [email protected] or on Instagram
🐾 House Rules for During Workshop
Our workshop sessions take place in the shared home of our resident rescue cats. These guidelines are here to ensure a calm, safe, and respectful experience for both humans and cats.

- Please follow the guidance shared by the instructor at the beginning of the session, including any house rules relating to the cats.
- If at any point a cat comes too close and you feel it could become distracting or unsafe, please inform your instructor.
- You may gently redirect a cat if you feel comfortable doing so, but this is not expected. The instructor or a member of staff will be available to help if needed.
- Please do not pick up, grab, or carry cats around the room.
- Try to ignore the cats during the active workshop and allow them to go about their own business — resting, observing, or playing independently.
