This Mental Health Month, Wellbeing Art Therapy invites Melbourne professionals to Creative Wellbeing at Work: a four-part lunchtime workshop series to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and explore practical ways to support your wellbeing at work and beyond.


Each 45-minute session combines expressive art therapy, guided creative activities and gentle reflection around a different workplace wellbeing theme. Come along for one workshop or the complete series.


WORKSHOP SCHEDULE


All sessions run 12:15–1:00 pm, Melbourne time (AEDT).

• Wednesday 28 October 2026: Emotional Intelligence


• Thursday 29 October 2026: Wellbeing Check-In


WHAT TO EXPECT


Small-group, guided creative wellbeing sessions in a warm, supportive environment. No artistic experience is required. All creative materials are provided, and sharing is optional. You're welcome to simply create, reflect and enjoy the experience.

YOUR FACILITATOR


Vaishnavi Nanjappan, AThR, founder of Wellbeing Art Therapy, holds a Master of Therapeutic Arts Practice and is a professional member of ANZACATA. Her approach combines expressive art-making, reflection and strengths-based wellbeing practices.


These sessions focus on reflection, prevention, connection and everyday wellbeing. You don't need to be experiencing a mental health difficulty to participate.
