Blues-based rock band The Deliverables launch their debut EP, Hop On It (Cheersquad Records and Tapes), at the Gem Bar on Thursday 29th October.Hailing from Mirboo North, frontman and singer-songwriter Piers Buxton’s vocals move from Dylanesque to pure rock ’n’ roll. Joined by staples of Melbourne’s blues/rock scene Jason Kane, Max Maxey, James Crosland and Gus Kelly, The Deliverables pack a punch and will have you dancing all night.
To support The Deliverables are St. Kilda’s Mission Brown: A ‘trainwreck’ hillbilly blues band that will get your feet moving and your beer arm swinging.
