About this Event
We will start with an introduction to creating wax seals. We will then learn to use dried flowers, fragrances and goldleaf to elevate your seals. You will get to try using some lovely seals, including florals, monograms and you get your own creation station.
You get to take home all your creative wax seals along with a guidesheet on how and where to use them, a monogrammed diary and two gift tags. You also have the option buy your own Luxury Wax Seal Creator Kit.
The workshop will be hosted at Café au Chocolat, a continental inspired café. Influenced by the owner’s background, upbringing and experiences, combined with an insatiable passion for travel and experiencing diverse cultures, Café au Chocolat is intended to bring a little of that continent to Cambridge.
Tickets include one tea, coffee or hot chocolate per person.
This experience is run as part of Cambridge BID's Creative Club series. Taking place on the first Tuesday of every month, each session is led by a different artist or creative practitioner and hosted at a different venue across the city. The series aims for visitors and residents to explore a new activity (or practice an existing hobby) in a social setting within Cambridge. Activities include a variety of craft and creative led sessions, including illustration, ceramics and bouquet making... with much more to come!
