About this Event
Helping Kids Navigate Bullying
Join the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Endeavors in San Antonio, in partnership with ChildSafe, for an engaging workshop designed for children and their parents.
Families will learn how to recognize different types of bullying, understand how bullying can affect a child’s emotional well-being and development, and practice practical strategies for preventing and responding to bullying.
Together, we’ll explore ways parents and children can:
- Recognize the signs and different types of bullying
- Know what to do when bullying happens
- Build healthy communication and coping skills
- Create safer, more supportive environments at home, school, and in the community
This workshop will give families practical tools, resources, and information to help children feel supported, speak up, and treat others with kindness and respect.
When: Saturday, October 17 | 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Where: Community Room A, 6333 De Zavala Rd., San Antonio, TX 78249
Presented by: Emma Grimes, Outreach Coordinator
This workshop is open to families with or without a military connection.
During registration, you’ll also have the option to indicate whether you’d like to receive the Cohen Clinic’s e-newsletter.
