The Spirit Stick will be decorated with items, that speak to you and that symbolizes your life with all it's challenges, breakthroughs and celebrations. By creating a physical symbolic depiction of your life you can gain clarity and even change the perception of your life.It's never to late to re-create your past. The spirit stick can empower you and reinforce the positive view of your past.
While everybody is diving deep into the creation of their own spirit stick healing sounds and music will be played in order to allow this wonderful process to unfold.
We are finishing up with a small ceremony to give birth to our spirit sticks, before each one of us is bringing it home.
Material such as wooden sticks (you can also bring your own - ideal around 20-25cm long and around 2-3 cm thick), coloured ribbons, feathers, beads, buttons, small shells, glue, scissors,.. will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own little items.
MEET THE FACILITATOR:
Simone weaves her creativity into her sound healing treatments, sound baths and artistic expressions. She is teaching sound healing courses for the Sound Healing academy since 2014, offers sound baths, individual sound healing treatments and retreats over a decade.
