Making Space to Create, Reflect & Connect: An Art Therapy Workshop
In this hands-on workshop from Pratt Institute's Creative Arts Therapy Department, you'll use creative materials and image-making to reflect, express yourself and find meaning. Approach the materials with curiosity and see what emerges from the process of making. Your artwork becomes something you can look at, think about and, if you want to, share with another person.
The focus isn't on skill or on making a finished piece. It's on making something visible that matters to you. Everything is your choice. You don't have to share, and no one will interpret your work.
No art experience is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to create.
Led by: Pratt Institute graduate Creative Arts Therapy interns under the supervision of New York State licensed Creative Arts Therapists (LCATs)
