About this Event
Crafty Wellness is a four-week course of calm, creative evenings for neurodivergent parents and carers. Parenting and caring take a lot of energy, especially when you're neurodivergent yourself. This is a chance to pause, make something just for you, and connect with others who understand.
Each session pairs a gentle parenting topic with scrapbook journalling or vision boards. No crafting experience needed, and there's no wrong way to do it. Talking and sharing are always optional.
Run by Rowan Pubble, founder of Calm Connect CIC, an autistic and ADHD parent with lived experience of raising neurodivergent children.
