A safe space for making mistakes, laughing at our own failures, and finding good company during every kitchen-related emotional crisis.
Our self-appointed “Workshop Master” will guide you through every weird question, unexpected challenge, and slightly questionable kitchen decision. From “Why are we adding sugar to water and not the other way around?” to the most important question of all: “WHEN CAN I EAT IT?!”
Our first episode, Pickles & Fermentation, will take you on a little adventure into the wonderful world of brines, bubbles, and ferments.
Over two hours, you’ll learn the basics of creating delicious, sweet, salty, sour, and spicy pickles. We’ll explore the magic of lacto-fermentation, how it works, and why fermented foods can be such interesting little additions to our diets (and our lovely bodies).
During the workshop, you’ll prepare your very own jars filled with vegetables, herbs, fruits, and all sorts of delicious combinations. You’ll experiment with different flavours and techniques, gaining enough pickle confidence to impress absolutely everyone at your next painfully boring company party.
So come along!
Spend two hours of your precious life inhaling vinegar and spices, making a little mess, asking ridiculous questions, and discovering how to turn everyday pantry ingredients into something delicious.

And honestly, why keep buying those tiny, overpriced jars of pickles when you can make your own?
