Craft and Wellness is a welcoming, hands-on course designed to bring people together through creativity and self-care. You’ll have the chance to try out a range of enjoyable craft activities in a relaxed, supportive environment, while discovering the therapeutic benefits that creativity can offer. Along the way, you’ll explore simple and practical ways to enhance your overall well-being, from reducing stress to boosting confidence. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already love making things, this course is all about having fun, connecting with others, and taking time for yourself.

Please note that this is a 5 weeks course and you will have to purchase separate tickets for the different sessions.

All are welcome, although Westminster residents living locally will be prioritised and those who haven’t attended a previous course will have preference.
