Charity HR and People Compliance

From April 2026, rules around employing people have changed as a result of the Employment Rights Act 2025. Our course will detail how these changes affect charity employers, as well as:

• How to manage sickness and employee sick leave

• Calculating Annual leave entitlement

• Other leave entitlements

As with all our courses this has specifically been designed for non-profit organisations in Lambeth and is completely free, with support available following the course if needed to ensure all learning can be put into practice effectively for your organisation.

Please note: You must be a part of a Lambeth-based non-profit to be eligible for Lambeth Hubs training.
