Community Partners for Affordable Housing is developing the Jamii Court Apartments as affordable housing in Southwest Portland. Jamii Court will provide 96 apartments including family housing up to four bedrooms. The ground floor area includes common rooms, offices, and support services for the residents.
The project is pursuing LEED for Homes Platinum and boasts several sustainability features including solar, heat pump hot water heaters, efficient HVAC systems, enhanced ventilation, and enhanced compartmentalization.
The tour will highlight the sustainable features of the building.
