Come join us in person at Tantara in Northbeach for a laid back evening of creativity and curiosity! Whether you’re here to share your talent or just soak in the vibes, the Open Mic is your chance to be a part of a community music, comedy, and poetry lovers. What's more, dive into some fascinating fun at our opening circle Nervous System Lab — a hands-on experience that's all about nervous system practies you can use to navigate your nervous system with more awareness.

Opening Circle
Info: arrive, settle in with some tea and find a cozy spot. We will flow through a body scan and nervous system reset, and be given a few tools to use to get out of fight or flight while performing. We will pass the clipboard around for performer slots

Open Mic Begins
Info: Performers will sign up and take the floor one by one to grace us with their talents. Each person gets 15 minutes max or 3 songs, but doesn't have to use the whole time.
