About this Event
Settle in, meet a fellow reader through a quick, optional book-swap activity, then turn your phone off for one hour of reading with soft live guitar in the background. We’ll close with a short reflection and time to chill and mingle.
Bring a book, e-reader, poetry, journal, or an analog hobby like knitting or sketching. Cushions and blankets are welcome (we won’t say no to reading forts).
The phone-free hour is the heart of the event, so please plan to switch off from 2:00 to 3:00. Earplugs will be available if you’d like it quieter.

FAQ
Do I have to talk to people? Only if you want to. The connection activities are optional.
Do I have to read a book? Nope. Any analog hobby works.
Is it loud? No. The guitar is soft and low, and earplugs are available.
