Join us for a 1-hour sound bath (does not include yoga/movement.) Lean to stillness and walk away feeling relaxed + grounded after a busy summer while you transition into the slower, colder seasons ahead.
Created for busy minds and schedules, this passive, beginner-friendly experience offers an easy way to slow down and decompress. No prior meditation or sound bath experience is needed.
Enjoy beverages and light bites to enhance your experience provided by BeyondYoga after the session.
Provided, but feel free to bring your own:
