Celebrate Father’s Day with a chef-led courtyard cookout and interactive grilling workshop led by Executive Chef Robert Cantu. Guests will enjoy hands-on instruction, a full cookout meal, and two Garrison Brothers cocktails in an outdoor courtyard setting.

Grill Master Package
Includes a dedicated tabletop charcoal grill station during the workshop, chef-led instruction, the full cookout menu, two cocktails, and an Even Embers portable charcoal grill to take home.
Cookout Workshop Package
Includes the hands-on grilling workshop, full cookout menu, two cocktails, and grills provided for use during the event.
Menu & Cocktails
The cookout menu will feature grilled favorites such as reverse-seared picanha and koji-aged chicken thighs, with additional seasonal selections. Cocktails will include Garrison Brothers-inspired offerings such as a Smoked Single Barrel Old Fashioned and a bourbon spritz.
Additional Details
Complimentary valet parking is included. The event will be held outdoors, weather permitting. In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather, guests will receive a refund. For Grill Master Package purchasers, the workshop portion will be refunded, and the take-home grill will remain available for pickup.
