Event: Courage to be Fully Alive! (Easy-to-do Dance and Movement)

This session will be based on Biodanza (from the Greek bio [life] and Spanish danza [dance]). Biodanza is a self-development system created by Chilean anthropologist Rolando Toro Araneda in the 1960s. It uses music, movement, and group interaction to improve self-awareness, emotional expression, and well-being. It is often described as "The Dance of Life"
