Scaling Up in the Space Sector is an interactive growth workshop for space companies looking to scale operations, customers and teams.

Hosted by Space Wales and KPMG in Cardiff Bay, the session will explore the real challenges of scaling a space business - from commercial growth and market positioning to leadership, talent and international expansion.

Topics will include:

• Selling and pricing “as-a-service” solutions
• Accessing large corporates and dual-use markets
• International trade and tax considerations
• Leadership and organisational growth

Each session will include a short expert talk, guided reflection and small-group discussion, designed to provide practical insights and peer learning.

Lunch and refreshments are included, followed by the Space Wales Lloeren networking event at the Waterguard, Cardiff Bay (5-8pm).
