About this Event
Modern life moves fast. Between work, phones, plans and constant stimulation, time together can start to feel a bit fragmented. Even when you’re side by side, it’s easy for attention to drift elsewhere.
This couples breathwork evening is an invitation to slow things down and spend some proper time together.
Designed intentionally for couples and partners, the evening opens with shared tea and a gentle moment to arrive in the space together. From there, you’ll be guided through a relaxed, flowing experience that brings you back into your bodies, your breath and each other. Connection and intimacy tools are woven in along the way, creating space for closeness, ease and shared presence without pressure or expectation.
At the heart of the evening is conscious connected breathwork, practised side by side. Breathing together has a simple way of shifting things. The body softens, the mind quietens, and attention naturally drops into the present moment. Many couples find that connection deepens not through talking more, but through sharing the same rhythm and space.
This is work that Liza usually offers in a one-to-one setting with couples. After lots of interest and requests, it’s now being opened up as a relaxed group experience. The intention remains the same, it’s just held in a way that feels easy, social and perfect for a Friday night.
The studio is set up to support comfort and connection. Sound, scent and atmosphere are used thoughtfully, helping you settle in and feel at ease together.
We’ll close the evening with gentle integration and a moment to reflect together before heading off.
This is date night, done a little differently.
Less rush, less noise, more presence. ❣️

About your host
Hey I’m Liza Al Sady, the found of We The Conscious and I spent the past 15 years working in the corporate world feeling stressed, constantly chasing my next deal and overwhelmed.
About 7 years ago I started looking into alternative wellness & therapies because I felt it was time that I faced my trauma head-on and committed to healing. I came to understand that no amount of avoidance could alleviate the heavy feeling I carried within me. It was like carrying emotional baggage weighing me down. Amid my path of self-discovery and spiritual growth, I stumbled upon Breathwork, and it has profoundly changed my life. Early in 2022, I was appointed as Head of Well-being for the largest Education Recruitment Agency in the UK.
I introduced breathwork and mindfulness across London and 9 regional offices, and witnessing my ‘suited and booted’ colleagues embrace breathwork for stress and anxiety management was an incredibly fulfilling moment. This experience inspired me to create a conscious lifestyle brand, aiming to make breathwork accessible to as many businesses and people as possible. I trained in Neo Emotional Release and qualified as a Conscious Connected Breathwork Coach & Teacher under JP Crimi, a leading expert in the science and ancient wisdom of Breathwork.
