COSMIC BREATH: Winter Solstice Edition A seasonal journey of breath, energy & connection
Join Jody and Jamie on Sunday, December 20th, for a special Cosmic Breath experience honouring the turning of the seasons and the energy of the Winter Solstice and the Full Moon in Cancer.
As we approach the longest night of the year, we're invited to slow down, turn inward, and make space for what this season brings. With the Winter Solstice arriving the following day and the Cancer Full Moon approaching on December 23rd, this gathering offers an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, move through what you've been carrying, and find a little more room to simply be.
Through astrology, breathwork, energy work, and shared space, we'll explore the connection between body, mind, and emotion. Cancer's lunar energy brings themes of home, belonging, emotional nourishment, and what helps us feel supported. Paired with the stillness of the Solstice, it offers a meaningful moment to reflect on where we've been, what matters most, and what we want to carry forward.
