BUNDA the first workout to combine ½ StairMaster and ½ strength training was founded right here in Los Angeles in 2018. Now, we’re bringing BUNDA’s signature workout and incredible group-fitness community to Larchmont Village!
We’re beyond (😉) excited to partner with our friends at Beyond Yoga for an exclusive sneak peek at the glute activation and isolation work featured in BUNDA’s Saturday Glute Camp class. During this 45-minute booty-burning workout, certified BUNDA trainers will lead you through banded exercises designed to activate and isolate your glutes, along with additional core work.

Please bring water and wear workout attire, including athletic shoes. Yoga mats will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
Parking: Metered street parking is available, or you may use the public parking lot located at 218 N. Larchmont Blvd.
Free parking may also be available in the surrounding neighborhoods. Please carefully read all posted parking signs.
