Take a delicious deep dive into one of Pennsylvania's most fascinating native fruits, the pawpaw, with a cooking demonstration and tasting. Special guests Dick and Judy Bono--founders of the York County Pawpaw Festival--will share their knowledge of pawpaw history, growing, and harvesting. Local chef Liza Naylor of Locally Seasoned will then showcase different ways to use pawpaws in the kitchen.
