Contractor Event - Southside Terrace Senior

The event will discuss a subcontractor bidding opportunity for Southside Terrace Senior Housing Development, for which Brester Construction has been hired as the general contractor.

The meeting also will include an update on the Choose Southside- Indian Hill construction schedule, a review of governmental requirements, and will have technical assistance from local service providers available.

All contractors, including subcontractors, trades, and Section 3 business interests, are encouraged to attend.
