**Contact Improvisation Workshop with Giulio Piazzi**A space to listen, move, explore, and connect through movement.
From **November 5th to 8th**, Giulio Piazzi joins ÉLA for a journey into **Contact Improvisation** — exploring gravity, weight, balance, momentum, spatial awareness, and embodied listening.
This workshop is an invitation to approach movement as an open research rather than a fixed technique. Through solo, partner, and group practices, we’ll explore how movement can emerge through awareness, dialogue, rhythm, and shared space.
**You’ll explore:**
• Body awareness and efficient movement
• Trusting gravity and exploring safe falling
• Working with weight and balance
• Momentum, direction, and spatial awareness
• Listening and responding through movement
• Collective improvisation and playful exploration
Dates 5-8 November , from 10-4 pm. You can attend individual days or all workshop
No previous dance experience is required.
**Beginners and movers of all levels are welcome.**
