Contact Improvisation is a style of dance which explores the relationship between bodies and the space around them, with a focus on sensation and curiosity. The jam imposes very little structure and provides an open space for both individual and collaborative research into the practice. All are welcome to join, no experience is necessary!Wear comfortable clothing, bring water and $10 ($5 for students/unwaged, bank transfer or cash). Expect to be in close proximity to other attendees but know that you are always welcome to disengage/engage according to your comfort level.
