A day of connection, inner work and systemic constellations, held in a warm and safe circle of like-minded people.
Family and systemic constellation work is a deeply intuitive, embodied practice. It helps us see what is moving in our family system: the patterns, loyalties and generational stories we carry, often without knowing it. When these come to light, something can settle, soften and find its place.
Whether you're new to constellations or have experienced them before, this gathering is designed so you feel safe, grounded and capable of stepping into the work.
🌿 THE FLOW OF THE DAY
☕ Arrival & mingling
We'll begin gently with a cup of tea and time to meet each other.
🌿 Grounding meditation
A short guided meditation so we can all arrive fully in the space and in our bodies.
🔥 Sharing circle
A heartfelt circle to connect deeply with one another and create a space that feels safe, held and real.
✨ Connecting with your intuition
A few introductory exercises to awaken the intuitive, felt sense that constellation work is built on, so everyone feels ready and confident to take part.
🌸 Wheel of the Year
We'll honour the season we're in, Beltane in the Southern Hemisphere, a time of blossoming, creative fire and life force. We'll weave in its cyclical wisdom and see what it brings to our day.
🌀 Two constellations
Two people will receive a constellation on the day. You can put your hand up if you feel called, or we'll draw names.
There is no pressure to participate. You're welcome simply to sit, witness and receive. If you'd like to step in as a representative, I'll guide you through every step, so no experience is needed.
🥗 Lunch
Please bring your own lunch. Healthy snacks and tea will be provided.
🍃 Integration
After the constellations we'll take time for gentle integration practices to help everything land and settle.
☕ Closing & connection
We'll finish with another cup of tea and time to connect with the beautiful people in the room.
