This dance will offer some mildly guided verbal cues by your DJ's and guide: DJ Earth G Koreen. World dance music enthusiast and experienced embodiment and conscious movement guides into the rhythmic realms. We are so excited for this Sunday!
🎶 Dance and movement is both physical and spiritual nourishment, and dance can be used as an embodied spiritual practice.
Cues will be offered to encourage you on embodied dance practice as an opportunity to express and release with re-wilding movement.
💆🏻♀️We will take time to connect with our bodies and thus quiet our minds, to pay attention to our sensations, and to rediscover our authentic movement and all the wonderful things our bodies can do.
- All emotions are welcome here.
- But no talking on the dance floor.
- Dance and stay only as long as you want until 1pm
- Move however it brings you joy!
*WHAT is Ecstatic or Conscious dance?!
It can be defined as unchoreographed, mindful movement commonly practiced in a group setting for purposes of authentic self-expression, self-discovery, interpersonal connectedness, and personal healing or growth.
....And also for FUN ~ which is incredibly healing. ❤️
