Conscious Connected Breathwork Session (Breathwork with Lottie)

Sunday 10th of November, 11:30 - 13:30.

Location: Life Fit Complete,10 Port Hall Ave BN1 5PL.
There is on-street pay-and-display parking near the venue.

What to expect:

This is a two-hour breathwork workshop. Beginning with a short meditation, leading into the 60-minute conscious connected breathwork session, you will be guided by Lottie throughout. There will be time at the end to share and connect with others (optional), alongside grounding exercises and time for a cup of tea.

What to bring:

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing, and bring a water bottle, and a journal & pen if you'd like to write down anything from your session(optional).

I will provide yoga mats, blankets, eye pillows and teas. If you would like your own, or have anything else you like to have for a breathwork session, you are welcome to bring them but it is not essential. Just come as you are.

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

Conscious connected breathwork (CCB) is a powerful practice. The technique uses an active, open-mouth inhale, and a passive release for the exhale. This breath has no pauses between the inhale and the exhale.

This allows us to access non-ordinary and expanded states of consciousness. From these states, we can tap into the subconscious, allow our thinking minds a break, and expand our states of consciousness. This style of breathwork offers a unique opportunity for deep emotional and energetic healing.

Conscious connected breathwork is a powerful and profound practice. It has many benefits, including reducing feelings of low mood and anxiety, emotional catharsis and regulation, increased energy, and better sleep.

Experiences during CCB range from mind-expanding insight, the release of long-held tension, deep relaxation, feelings of euphoria, release of trauma or emotions, spiritual/divine connection, and many more.

I am a Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator. I am currently training with Breathing Space on a comprehensive 400+ hours course, and I continue to learn more with every practice I do, every session I facilitate, and every person I speak to.
