About this Event

Welcome darling one to our candlelit sound journey. This in-person event is being held on Sunday 10th November at Rockwater in Hove 7pm - 8pm.

You are warmly invited to gather for an evening of soul soothig sound, as you are taken on a medatitive journey with sound as your guide. A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive and uniquely personal experience...no two are ever the same.

You will be invited to find your space and lay down, getting yourself comfortable before being guided on a short meditation to ground us into the space. You will then be taken on a journey using singing bowls and other instruemnts and tools to guide you into a mediative state. This is your time to rest and surrender to the experience, allowing what ever wants to come up to come up and allowing what ever needs to be felt in this moment to be fully felt. Holding all that you are in this moment. As you are bathed by the healing frequencies you will be able to tap into and explore your subconscious mind, your nervous system will rest and your energetic body come into balance.

We we finish with a short meditation and you will be invited to journal anything that may have come up for you. I am available after the experience if you would like to share or discuss anything that may have come up for you.

This is a really beautiful way to nourish yourself and fill up your cup ready for the week ahead.
