Event Objectives

• Understand assessments for body image as related to a chronic health condition
• Describe embodiment as it relates to a body with limitations and/or pain
• Apply clinical skills to work with clients struggling with eating disorders, body image disturbance and chronic medical conditions with a disability affirming lens.
• Understand invisible disabilities and internalized ableism and how they impact body image.
