To highlight National Carers week, 𝑬𝒏𝒗𝒊𝒔𝒂𝒈𝒆 𝑪𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑨𝒓𝒕𝒔 invites Carers to join us in our next Creative Expression workshop in the welcoming space of the 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒕 𝑷𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒆 upstairs (a set of small steps & staircase) in the artsy 𝑭𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒍𝒆 𝑭𝒊𝒃𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒄𝒄𝒊 𝑪𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒆. When you spend so much time caring for others, it can be easy to put yourself last.
This 2-hour Creative Expression workshop offers you an opportunity to pause, breathe and give some attention to you.
𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒕:
Through collage and mixed media, we’ll gently explore the theme of Valuing Self-Care, creating an opportunity to reflect on:
🌸What you need to feel supported and cared for
🌸What helps you restore your energy and wellbeing
🌸Your strengths, resources and personal needs
🌸What self-care might look and feel like for you
🌸No art experience needed.
🌸No pressure to create a perfect result.
🌸Just time come along for some creative me-time & connection in a supportive, welcoming environment.
