Join me for a Guided Meditation journey with Reiki.
These are held monthly & are a journey of remembrance, healing, and awakening to the wisdom that already lives within you.

This meditation takes you through a gentle journey to meet with your spirit guides.
Our guides are always in our corner sending beams of unconditional love.
Sometimes when things are hard, we feel like we are alone, but the beautiful truth is we are always surrounded by their energy.
Journey Includes:
~Crossing into a higher spiritual landscape
~Meeting one or more spirit guides
~Receiving messages, symbols, or gifts
~Learning how your guides communicate
~Reiki activation of intuition

Please bring your own bolster/ pillow, blankets & yoga mat (if you want to lie down) There is also a couch for those that want to sit.
Enjoy a hot herbal tea afterwards.
Journaling after is welcomed & encouraged.
If you would like to journey with crystals or any other item, please bring it along.

A little bit about me,
For over a decade, I've been walking my own healing path, exploring the layers of self-discovery, healing old wounds, reconnecting with intuition, and learning to trust the wisdom within. This is still and always will be 'work in progress' haha
As a Reiki Master, I've spent the last 5 years supporting others on their own journeys through Reiki, intuitive readings, guided meditations, retreats, workshops, and sacred circle spaces. Alongside this, I am a trauma-informed coach, creating experiences that honour each person's unique journey with compassion, safety, and respect.
