Join us for the softer side of spooky season 🍂
There’s something about folk music that feels deeply human. It has a pulse. It tells stories about love, change, longing, joy, loss, becoming — all the messy, beautiful things that make up a life.
Connect & Reflect is an evening of yoga, meditation, journaling and connection set to a folk-inspired playlist, created as an invitation to slow down and listen a little more closely.
We’ll move through a grounding yoga practice, settle into meditation, and make space for guided journaling and self-reflection. As we move deeper into fall — a season naturally associated with transition, release and turning inward — we’ll explore what we’re ready to hold onto, what we might be ready to shed, and what deserves a little more of our attention.
Think of it as the softer side of spooky season: introspective, cozy, a little moody and rooted in the magic of being human. 👻🍁
