Conduit X The Collective Executive Coaching - Columbus

Join us for a leadership workshop with two free group workshops and an exclusive 1-on-1 executive coaching session.

Morning Launch Session: 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM & Evening Closing Session: 4:00 PM. - 5:30 PM. A member of the Conduit event team will contact you with your Executive coaching time slot. Check out the agenda below for more info.

This event is FREE to attend.

Registration reserves your spot in the opening and closing sessions.

In the spirit of giving back, Conduit and The Collective ask that you consider a donation of your choosing — $10, $50, whatever feels right — to a nonprofit they will share with you on the day.

This is Conduit and The Collective coming together for a common good. No obligation. No expectation. Entirely your call.

Info: The day opens with a group workshop designed to be honest — and a little uncomfortable, in the best way. You’ll look at who you are as a
leader right now, what’s driving you, what might be holding you back, and what the best version of you actually looks like.
Conduit and The Collective guide the conversation. You do the work

Info: Twenty leaders will spend 45 private minutes with one of The Collective’s world-class coaches — free of charge. No agenda. No pitch. Just
focused time on you: who you are as a leader, which specific vision you’re going after, and getting very clear on who you need to become to
get there.
The rest of the afternoon is yours. Work in your business, or keep working on yourself. The morning will give you plenty to sit with.

Info: Three things: what is getting in your way,
creating the energy that moves you closer to your vision, and the specific
action steps you commit to. You leave with clarity and direction.
