Calling all yard sale and estate sale enthusiasts! This October, we’re turning the CalPride Stanislaus parking lot into one big Community Yard Sale!Join us Saturday, October 3, from 8 AM–1 PM at 111 Modesto Ave. in Modesto and shop 10+ different sales all in one parking lot.
With prices starting at just $1, you never know what you might find. Browse clothing, home goods, collectibles, hidden treasures, and plenty of secondhand finds. It’s also a great opportunity to get an early start on holiday shopping without breaking the bank.
Bring cash! Some sellers may also accept Zelle or Apple Pay, so come prepared with a few different ways to pay.
Want to be a seller? We’re opening our parking lot to 10 community members who have plenty of items they’re ready to part with. Bring your gently used goods, set your own prices, and spend the morning selling directly to community.
