👏🏽🎬💡 The Dark Room Film Finale is the culmination of a month-long competition in which filmmakers across Modesto and Central Valley challenged themselves to write, film, and edit an original horror short film.October 3rd’s finale night is a full event, not just a screening. Come in costume, walk the red carpet, and watch the top 16 horror shorts made for this event, back to back on the big screen. The audience picks a winner too: the Audience Choice Award is decided live, by vote, in the room.

The Dark Room is a spin off event of the Modesto 48 Hour Film Competition presented by the State Theatre of Modesto and directed by Andrew Fischer Wong of Re:Told Productions.
