A Sound Bath of Appreciation with Freqs of Love @ Mama Be Well
Join us at Mama Be Well for a high-vibrational journey into stillness and gratitude for this beautiful community. You will be held through sound created by sacred instruments (Including deep-resonance gongs, drums, crystal singing bowls, and ethereal chimes) in a 60-minute sound bath designed for relaxation, quieting the mind, and replenishing to help dissolve stress of the holidays and the busy mindedness that can accompany them.
Through Freqs of Love's curated set of instruments and vocal toning, deep frequencies help entrain the brain and field, moving you from a state of overwhelm or exhaustion into an effortlessly deep, meditative Theta state. The mind moves into parasympathetic mode where the body can do its best healing.
What to expect
Deep relaxation, intentions led with heart, and a sound journey unlike any other to center, ground, clear, and charge your energy for the month ahead. Bring a friend and settle in for a serious recalibration.
Yoga mats, neck pillows, blankets, and water will be provided, but bring whatever props (Bolsters, blankets, pillows, etc.) that will help you get the most cozy.
- No prior experience with sound baths needed, first-timers welcome!
- Free street parking available
- Doors open at 6:45 pm
