Heal & Connect is a welcoming community support group that combines mindfulness, meditation, and the healing power of sound to promote wellness and connection. During this 30-minute guided sound bath experience, participants are invited to relax, reduce stress, and focus on their emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being in a safe and inclusive environment.Using crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic sound instruments, facilitator John Nimmo creates a calming atmosphere that encourages relaxation, self-reflection, and inner peace. Whether you are in recovery, supporting a loved one, or simply seeking a moment of calm and connection, this group offers an opportunity to slow down, recharge, and build community with others.
No experience is necessary, and yoga mats can be provided. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and come as they are.
When: Thursdays, 8:00 PM – 8:30 PM
