Join GHO and community partners for a monthly social group run!Each meetup will have post run refreshments and occasionally gear demos, special shopping discounts and giveaways.
Events will also double as packet pickup for Grand Valley Brew runs 5k runs.
What:
Social walk or run, simple out and back route for time. You go your pace/distance! Each meetup will be led by a local coach including a warm-up.
Who:
Community partners and coaches include Mesa Run Club, Out West Training, Mesa Monument Striders, Girls on the Run Western Colorado, Life's 2 Short Fitness and Collecting XP.
Walkers and runners of all ages and abilities are welcome to join in on the fun.
