We teach self-defense based on the principles of jiu-jitsu. Everyone is welcome! This class takes place every 4th Saturday.About this Event
This class will introduce situational awareness, fundamental defenses, and using framing for distance management. Applicable to all body types and experience levels!

- Clothing you can move in

- Water bottle
- Optional $5 donation
A bout our space
- Mat space with class capacity for about 25 people
- Gender-neutral restroom and changing room
- Park on the street or in the back lot. We have entries on both sides.
