A San Antonio Conscious Event
Join us for a relaxed, heart-centered San Antonio Conscious Event focused on connection 🤝, shared food 🥗, and collective grounding 🌿.
This gathering is designed as an easy, welcoming space to meet new people, reconnect with familiar faces, and unwind together in a supportive community environment.
We’ll begin with a guided meditation and sound bath centered around sending energy to Gaia and then back up through our hearts and out to the collective and the universe.
This is an informal, come-as-you-are gathering 🌙.
After the sound bath and meditation, we’ll enjoy a community potluck and open conversation about the experience, life, personal growth, community, and anything else people would like to share. 💬
Please bring easy-to-eat, finger-friendly food to share 🍇🥕.
🧘 What to Bring for the Meditation & Sound Bath
Please feel free to bring a blanket, a bottle of water, and anything else to help make you comfortable during the meditation portion of the evening 🛏️. Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets are available at Nourish.
