About this Event
Every year, we invite the Tithe Green community to their local site to spend time in the beautiful grounds, meet others in the community, and plant some wildflowers. It's a chance to gather together and make our shared space even more beautiful.
This is a free, drop-in event: you do not need to confirm a ticket, but if you're happy to confirm your attendance to help us manage expected numbers, you can do so.
Our friends at Naturescape will be providing a selection of approved native plants and wildflowers for you to purchase and plant freely around the site. Please note we are a cash-only site. Refreshments will be available to purchase from our friends at Boom Coffee Notts.
We will be joined by our wonderful onsite bee keeper, Alison Knox, for an informal, family-friendly talk about bee keeping: how it works, interesting facts you may not know, and why it's so important.
Bring your family, your friends, children and grandchildren - if you have a loved one resting at one of our sites, it's a beautiful way to tend to their plot and honour them. If you don't - perhaps you are a nature lover keen to get more involved with the local community - you are warmly invited, too.
