About this Event
Discover the Healing Path of the Labyrinth
At Bells Corners United Church in Ottawa, a beautiful labyrinth awaits. It is a sacred space for reflection, renewal, and connection. Whether you're navigating grief, seeking clarity, or simply longing for a moment of peace, the labyrinth welcomes you.
What Is a Labyrinth?
A labyrinth is not a maze. There are no tricks, no dead ends. It’s a single winding path that gently leads you to the center and back out again. This ancient design has been used for centuries across cultures and faiths as a tool for meditation, healing, and spiritual growth.
Walking the labyrinth is like taking a journey inward. It’s a moving meditation, a way to slow down, breathe deeply, and listen to your inner voice.
Why Walk the Labyrinth?
- To reflect on life’s transitions
- To honor the memory of a loved one
- To find calm in the midst of chaos
- To reconnect with your spirit
- To simply be present
Whether you’re grieving, honoring, or searching, the labyrinth offers a gentle space to process your thoughts and emotions.
