New at Oakhenge
Community Drum Circle
First Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm
There is something deeply regulating about rhythm.
When people drum together, breathe together, and move together, the nervous system begins to settle. The body remembers connection.
We are introducing a new Oakhenge Community Drum Circle.
No experience needed.
Bring a drum or percussion instrument if you have one.
A few extras will be available.
This gathering is free or by free will donation.
All donations will go toward building a shared collection of drums so that anyone in the community can participate, even if they do not own an instrument.
An evening of rhythm, connection, and community.
