Come experience the Community Canopy!More than 50 Minnesota artists have contributed artwork to this new large-scale public art project created by Andrew MacGuffie and a team of collaborating artists.
Each artist contributed an image reflecting their perspective on the times we’re living through and the resilience, determination, and spirit of Minnesota’s creative community. The images have been printed onto fabric and brought together to create a canopy you can walk beneath, gather under, and experience together.
The Community Canopy makes its public debut at Casket Arts during the International Sculpture Conference this October.
Join us Sunday, October 25th, in the afternoon as part of Northeast Arts District Open Studios during the International Sculpture Conference where Northeast Sculpture Gallery Factory opens its doors for an afternoon of open studios, exhibitions, music, performances, metal casting, ArtCars, and plenty more.
