Paije serves the Florida region and is an experienced and knowledgeable expert in color, cutting, styling, and confidence-building who fosters relationships with salon professionals to prioritize education and self/client care. With over 15 years experience, Paije is a multi-faceted Beauty Professional whose passions include color correction, barbering and hair extensions to name a few. She has built her success from the ground up as a Salon Professional, Salon Leader and most recently Field Education Leader. Her positive mindset and proactive approach are the foundation of her personal and professional growth. Paije empowers with an inclusive, collaborative spirit in all that she does. Paije has also been a lead stylist for events in the fashion and media industry including, New Orleans fashion week and Miss Illinois for Miss USA Pageant.
Lia Perkins is a Regional Training Artist for our Florida region. Lia has a passion for teaching and helping others grow behind the chair, as much as herself! A former Assistant Salon leader, and former Redken Educator, Lia possesses the communication and coaching skills needed to empower stylists and encourage their own confidence. With over a decade at Hair Cuttery and mastery of a well rounded skill set, Lia has grown a sustainable following and prides herself on being a forever learner, constantly chasing growth and elevation.
